This idiot broke into this van hoping to steal power tools which he did not find. The dumbf##ck almost gets caught when the car’s owner shows up a couple of seconds after the jerk takes off. He returns one week later at 1 AM and breaks into another vehicle. He is then observed by the security cameras as he jumps over the fence enclosing the property and attempts (but fails) to steal a pair of bicycles. A few days later I recognize the guy as he walks into a local 7-11, I park my car and I followed him home. Bingo!!! got his address….. Latest News: Cops make positive ID of this scumbag from this video and his address….arrest is pending! By the way…one very noticeable physical feature about this punk is a very large lump on his neck right behind his left ear…its the size of a large walnut!…The guy was busted last week (7/2011) ….this footage will be used in court against him!
