I have a Meyers compact home security system. It is, however, wireless. The system is new and has never been used, but I do not have a code to deactivate the alarm.

Is there a basic code? If I can’t find the system or the company online, how do I create a new code?

I just got Verizon FiOS, and I got a DVR system in my room. I wanted to record a new episode of Jersey Shore, so I pressed the REC button. When the show started 2 hours later, something popped up on the show I was watching, saying "reminder: Jersey Shore 10:00" something like that… all i know is i have another TV in the living room, and that the recordings are fine on there, I press the record button and it records the program…. PLEASE HELP BEFORE THURSDAY!!! (a new episode of Jersey Shore and I want to RECORD it..)
