a law question please help, thanks?

Mr Jones, aged 80, is observed on the store’s CCTV system wandering around the store, putting items into the store’s shopping basket and also items into his own shopping bag. At the checkout, he pays for the items that are in the shopping basket, and then leaves the store. Outside, he is stopped by the store manager and asked to return to the store. Items to the value of £5.50 are found in his shopping bag. Mr Jones appears to be at a loss to explain how these items got into his bag. The police are called. Mr Jones is charged under section 1 of the Theft Act 1968. Mr Jones has not come to the notice of the courts previously. He lives alone, and at the time of the alleged offence, is undergoing radiation treatment for cancer.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) now have Mr Jones’ file. What criteria must the CPS consider when reviewing the police decision to charge Mr Jones with theft?

How to set up a Home CCTV network DIY?

If I have a desktop with monitor connected to internet (ready to run 24hours). I wd like to setup a home CCTV network (DIY) so that the monitor will always display the streaming video…What components should I buy? Is there any special card to be plugged in to the mainboard to accept video signal from multiple cameras? Please advise, thanks!

p/s: I wd give up wireless IP camera since they are too ex!
p/s: The reason I mentioned that the computer is connected to internet is because, it wd be best if the images can be viewed from internet!

Please advise me the suitable range of software and hardware to achieve this! Thanks!
Oops. Most importantly, hard disk recording!!

P/s: Web monitoring can be excluded. Most importantly is a good capture software..and good hardware combinations! thanks!

How can I use the DynDNS to remotely monitor the DVR system

Is it legal?
Just curious because it came up in a discussion and I’m pretty sure you can’t have a camera IN a changing room, only outside. but I think you might be able to have microphones.
